The 3 P's of Leader: passion, patience and perseverance

If we knew the task of knowing the lives of leaders who have been through our history and have left significant mark on the world, we could conclude that they all had special characteristics that distinguished them and they certainly were which led them to the place they occupied.

You can say you have to meet many requirements to become a great leader, such as values, communication skills, emotional, social intelligence ; with ability to plan; setting goals etc. But, in my assessment, if a leader lacks three important virtues, his leadership could be rendered transcendent effect.

Can you be a leader without passion, perseverance and patience? ..

My answer would be no without thinking. One common among world leaders is that inner force that drives individuals to accomplish what you set out to; is important to have that driving force and excites us, allowing us to vibrate manner akin to what we want. Without passion for our vision no less motivation and commitment.

The virtue of perseverance and patience together make an important team, at first glance does not seem to have anything to do with patience, perseverance , but it is not, both virtues are related and are essential to the development of our life in general, imagine how necessary they are as a leader.

Without perseverance nothing is accomplished, think of all the falls and failures that leaders in our history have had throughout its mission to achieve its goals, surely it was not easy to get there but as popularly say "he who perseveres reaches" However there are many times when perseverance is broken for not having patience in waiting.

While it is true that perseverance does not guarantee success, it is impossible to succeed without perseverance.

An example for life, is the significance of Abraham Lincoln that being a child born in poverty and without education, became the greatest president in the history of the United States. He managed to free the slaves and is considered a universal example of courage and integrity; on occasion he said: "What I have in education I have been collecting here and there, under the requirements of necessity"; already meddled in politics if he had given up the first time he was defeated in the election for the vice presidency of the United States by the Republican Party or the assassination attempt once elected as president he had been discouraged, his mark would not be printed in the world's books.

This shows that not enough to want to do something, it is important that excites us our goal; that moves us so much that you may need to try again and again to accomplish what we intend; perhaps going to be important to rethink the target on occasion; may fall into a rut of insecurities that make us believe that you have no point in fighting many situations may occur along the way to our goal, it is important not to lose sight of what we want, we must try and try Once the necessary forms but with the assurance that if we want to and are patient the result of our insistence come sooner or later.
